  • I’ve ordered a product, when will it arrive?
    • The webshop where you bought the product is responsible for all order-related questions. We only list and compare products from other webshops, rather than sell the products ourselves.
  • Can I get a bigger discount?
    • We cannot change the size of the discount on specific products. It’s up to each webshop to set the price and discount they want. We then list their SALE prices and how much you save in the form of a percentage-based discount.
  • Do you have a discount code for this product?
    • We cannot create unique discount codes for each product, but you can subscribe to our newsletter. The newsletter is sent out once a week and contains up-to-date discount codes and offers.
  • I found shirts in the jeans category, why?
    • Our product pages are dynamic and sometimes we also show other products that we think you might be interested in. If there are only a few discounted products, we’ll add some similar products to the results.
  • I found car tyres in the jeans category, why?
    • In the case of obvious mistakes, such as car tyres in the jeans category, please contact us so that we can correct the problem. We scan more than 6,000,000 products every night, so unfortunately there will be occasional problems, but we’ll correct the problem as soon as we can.
  • Who can I speak to if I think you should be doing something differently?
